VD Animation provides digital artwork and animation services. Availability is limited and may depend on current workload and project complexity.
Orders & communication
Orders are initiated via an external order form or direct contact (e.g., email/Instagram). By submitting an order request, you agree to provide accurate information and references needed for production.
Payment & deposits
A deposit (typically 50% of the quoted price) may be required before work begins. Accepted payment methods may include Wise, PayPal, crypto, and other methods as specified in the order form. If alternative payment methods are used (e.g., skins/gift cards), pricing may be adjusted to match market value.
Revisions
Revisions may be included depending on the selected package. Minor adjustments are typically included. Major changes after approval (e.g., changing character, pose, or concept) may require additional fees.
Delivery & timelines
Delivery times depend on complexity and queue. Estimated timelines are not guarantees. If you have a strict deadline, you must communicate it before work begins.
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of digital commissions, refunds are generally not available once work has started. If a project is canceled before work begins, any paid deposit may be refunded at our discretion, minus fees charged by payment providers.
Usage rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivered artworks are for personal use (e.g., Steam profile, avatars). Commercial usage or licensing must be requested explicitly and may require an additional fee.
